I am delighted to be Year Head for S4 pupils and will do my best to support all our young people throughout this time onto either a positive destination or into S5 & S6 at Lornshill Academy. I also look forward to working in partnership with our parents and carers, enabling them to be active participants in their child’s education and learning.

As I am sure you are aware, S4 is an incredibly important year in a young person’s education. Myself and all staff in Lornshill Academy are committed to supporting all our young people in fulfilling their potential and providing any assistance they may require to help them achieve their post school ambitions – whether this is university, college, training or employment. 

As a staff we are committed to working closely with young people, parents/carers and our partners to ensure our young people thrive during their time in Lornshill Academy, equipping them with the knowledge, values and skills that are required for lifelong learning.
