Personal Support education classes are an integral part of our curriculum at Lornshill Academy. Personal Support lessons are taught by our tutors which helps to develop a positive relationship between pupils and their tutor teacher. Personal Support lessons are taught one period per week for all pupils S1-S6. The Personal Support curriculum is a varied programme which aims to develop pupils health and well being, focusing on Skills for Life, Learning and Work. The PT Pupil Support team will deliver key lessons throughout the year, and outside speakers are arranged for all year groups to enrich the pupil experience and deepen understanding of key issues.
